Defining Customer Service
One can rarely get a chance to make another first impression. A first time customer will only be a one-time customer if his/her first encounter with the front line staff doesn’t meet expectations.

- Have Persuasive Skills
- Willingness to Learn
- Smile Always

My definition of customer service is
“Any condition that involves you managing a prospective client or existing customer in such a way that it brings the customer back to you and then put smile to both you and the customers face” Henry Oster Onyemah
Be a good customer service manager, it cost nothing to be nice but cost a lot not to be.
