Project Manager

Engineering Services & Project Management

  • Responsible for assigned Indoor & Outdoor DAS projects undertaken by the company
  • Responsible for managing assigned projects to meet budget & timescale requirements
  • Responsible for coordinating assigned projects
  • Responsible for carrying out technical research to aid management decisions
  • Generate budget for projects in compliance with project goals
  • Assist management in developing and implementing new ideas
  • Provide technical assistance to team members
  • Prepare technical proposals for new opportunities with customers
  • Assist the Sales team in technical marketing & sales presentations
  • Generate regular project reports for the Deployment Manager
  • Maintain good relationship with existing and new customers
  • Liaise with customers regarding Job Completion Certificates (JCC), Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and other relevant project documentations
  • Responsible for implementing all company policies, processes and procedures
  • Responsible for enhancing good communication & co-operation within the company to achieve all project objectives
  • Keep all client information completely confidential
  • Perform other duties as instructed by the Deployment Manager

 

Sub-Contractor Management

  • Supervise sub-contractors and engineers on site to deliver project goals
  • Facilitate JCC for sub-contractors after satisfactory site implementation
  • Conduct ATP with sub-contractors before issuing JCC
  • Responsible for issuing POs to suppliers & sub-contractors
  • Responsible for Health and Safety during project implementation

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & Qualifications

  • Recognised bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in Telecom Industry as a Project Manager
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PMI, Prince 2, etc.) is an advantage
  • System Design & Network Optimisation skills is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-reliant with ability to plan & accomplish goals, able to provide direction
  • Strong multi-tasking ability and good team leader
  • Good managerial skills
  • Ability to understand financial accounting principles
  • Honest with a strong work ethic
  • OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good PC skills, MS Office, MS Project, etc
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent BTS equipment installation & commissioning skills
  • Be able to travel at short notice
