JOB POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (SME’s)

·Proactively generate leads and pursue business relationships with prospective clients such as individuals and SMEs.
·Manage communication between SME clients and internal team.
·Collaborating with the internal team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
·Suggest solutions that answer clients needs and wants.
·Responsible for ensuring all SME contact information is accurate and updated as needed
·Sell Renda’s subscription-based delivery package
·Compile invoice information daily, weekly and monthly for summary billing to key clients.
·Gather, report and communicate customers’ feedback on service, technology and product delivery.
·Measure, track and analyze key account metrics.
