Our Client a Leading Fashion House in Abuja is looking to hire for a;
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Create contents and manage company’s social media channels
Manage invoicing, order processing and delivery
Communicate with external vendors (i.e. logistics partners) to ensure quality service delivery
Manage overall store administration and ensure compliance to policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Oversee production team (In- house Tailors) to ensure quality of service
Manage and oversee quality control procedures to ensure garments meet set standards
Develop business and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
Coordinate and supervise other members of the team to ensure company-wide goals and objectives are met
Record all financial transactions and provide adequate reports as at when due.
BSC in any related field
Minimum 1-year experience in a fashion related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills Social media management Comfortable using Microsoft Packages Candidate must reside within Abuja metropolis Candidate must be able to take measurements Candidate must be fashionable and have interest in fashion.
